As Bellator agents, Ninja-Selling concepts guide our daily attitudes and actions. We've learned how to have the life and business we want; we know a balanced life is possible and we're going after it! I have no idea who first said, "What you focus on expands," but I believe it's 100% true. I also believe that focus is more difficult now than at any other time in history. How can we do it? We ABSOUTELY CAN.
 
FOCUS: Keep teaching, keep encouraging podcasts playing, make reading important books a priority, and surround yourself with colleagues and friends who are also goals-oriented and faith-based. It will play a huge part in winning in these great days.
 
FOCUS: Acknowledge difficulty but don't give it power. Keep your head together when all around you is chaos, because you've already decided that is who you want to be. Speak patiently because it has become your practice. Let go of everything that doesn't serve you. From all of this, your clients will benefit and so will you. Find a best friend at work if you don't have one, someone you can safely vent to when you need to blow off steam or laugh with about the insane things we deal with daily!
 
FOCUS: Keep your business social media interesting, varied and real – perfection is overrated. Give your sphere a reason to follow you! Brainstorm with people you like and make a list of posts you're going to make and photos you'd like to share. Writing and scheduling some posts a week in advance will give you time for spontaneous content but keep your timeline fresh and consistent.
 
FOCUS: Fourth Quarter is coming - keep reaching for the goals you set this year. You can still reach them. You can SURPASS them. YOU WILL WIN IF YOU DON'T QUIT.
