Most people would say Tiger Woods, right? Well, it's very unlikely he is the most talented to live. 

117,000,000,000 (billion) people have lived on this planet. 13,000,000,000 (billion) since 1900. Studies show the person with the most natural talent and physical gifts to succeed at golf likely died without ever even picking up a club. Now, Tiger Woods is definitely the hardest working golfer to ever live, but it's just not his talent alone that made him successful. 

Throughout human history there is NO evidence of high-level performance without high levels of hard work and practice! None. If a great performance was easy, it would not be rare! But it is very rare. You can make an unbelievable amount of money in Real Estate, even in 2023, but you must put in the time and effort. If you think about it, time might be the only thing Realtors have control over.

Coach Holtz did not just come up with this quote. This was derived from years of experience with life and coaching. We are all "capable". "Motivation" always drives us. "Mindset" always determines how well we stay focused.

Here is a statistic that blew my mind…

• 43% of people expect to give up on their New Year goals by February.
• 35% attribute losing motivation as the top reason for giving up.

It is obvious that the lack of motivation is the driving force for any goal failing.

Whether you just went through an incredible and enthusiastic NINJA installation or you just completed your 2023 business plan, if we don't stay motivated and engaged with our goals, we are setting ourselves up...

What a week!  I was fortunate enough to spend the past four days at my 2^nd full Ninja Installation with about 60 of you guys.  I'd like to express my gratitude to Troy and Bellator for hosting and encouraging its agents to participate in the life-altering and career-building event.  I appreciated seeing you all and getting to know many of you better.

I know that those of us who attended will be excited to hit the ground running with this information and program ASAP.  There are far too many "take-aways" from the installation to go over here.  There were lots of great, proven techniques and tools for dealing with buyers and sellers that will optimize your results. But, my favorite part is something that we all already know - but needs to be reinforced almost constantly..  The daily habits of SHOWING UP and FLOW with our spheres!
