
What a week! I was fortunate enough to spend the past four days at my 2nd full Ninja Installation with about 60 of you guys. I'd like to express my gratitude to Troy and Bellator for hosting and encouraging its agents to participate in the life-altering and career-building event. I appreciated seeing you all and getting to know many of you better.
I know that those of us who attended will be excited to hit the ground running with this information and program ASAP. There are far too many "take-aways" from the installation to go over here. There were lots of great, proven techniques and tools for dealing with buyers and sellers that will optimize your results. But, my favorite part is something that we all already know - but needs to be reinforced almost constantly.. The daily habits of SHOWING UP and FLOW with our spheres!
Day one and two were about Mindset, FLOW and habits. This is actually my third time going thru the Mindset portion of the class and each time I come home like a kid, excited about all of these super cool and scientifically proven methods to increase positivity and joy in everyday life. And that positivity attracts people - it attracts business. Reprograming our unconscious minds to focus on the positive which literally filters out the negative and leaves us with a more happy outlook on life. These tools are invaluable for anyone in any profession (even retirees)! Success doesn't bring happiness - happiness brings success - that's a powerful thing to realize and a great way to live if you choose to do so.
My hope is that you guys got started last year, sent out your Christmas cards and perfected your CRM's and are now in the right habits and filling your schedules with appointments to list and show. Hopefully, your SOI is being hit with all autoflows and now you can focus on regular FORD calls and Real Estate Reviews. During day 3 of the installation, we stepped out and made random calls for about 30 mins. It's cool to have this many people do this at one time and come back to report on it. I estimate that those 30 minutes will create 10-15 or more transactions (I personally made two appointments from folks who I didn't even consider "Warm".
I could go on and on but I want to share this really quick. I've started the year using MoxiPresents daily. Creating 2-3 real estate reviews per day. Once you're used to it, you can create and send one of these in about 10 minutes. The great thing is that next year I can simply pull up each client's RER, update and resend (should take about 2 minutes).
I've also created an email template that I cut and paste into a new email and then attach the link and the .pdf of the Real Estate Review. Hit send and dial up that person. Guys, this is a game-changer. Start the call with FORD but mention the RER you just sent and let them know to expect it from you annually. The call can (and should be) pretty short but I can tell you that they appreciate it and it WILL create 1-2 appointments a week.
If you've not learned to use all your tools yet - reach out to marketing and schedule time. You have THE best tools in the business at your disposal. If you've not created the daily habits of blocking time for FORD/RER's, start TODAY. I really started hitting this hard in November because I want to see just what I can do this year if I get it right. Based on the results I've seen with my own business so far, there are plenty of people ready to buy and sell right now. Remember guys - they WILL buy or sell with or without you. It's our job to be and remain their consistent source of valuable real estate information and to continually foster the relationship with them for the rest of your career.
There will be plenty of transactions to go around for the 6% of agents who work consistently and are on-purpose rather than on-accident agents. 2023 has just begun, don't kick yourself in December because you waited to get started and missed a few million in sales - start NOW.
Marketing has created a template for RER's as well as listing presentations and buyer's presentations.

Don't forget to call them asap. The call is key! You can kind of re-state the email wrapped in FORD. Make yourself do this 2-4 times per day then prepare to get busy listing and selling my friends.
