Coach Holtz did not just come up with this quote. This was derived from years of experience with life and coaching. We are all "capable". "Motivation" always drives us. "Mindset" always determines how well we stay focused.

Here is a statistic that blew my mind…

• 43% of people expect to give up on their New Year goals by February.
• 35% attribute losing motivation as the top reason for giving up.

It is obvious that the lack of motivation is the driving force for any goal failing.

Whether you just went through an incredible and enthusiastic NINJA installation or you just completed your 2023 business plan, if we don't stay motivated and engaged with our goals, we are setting ourselves up for failure.

To help me do better in 2023, I challenged myself and the Orange Beach & ONO agents to identify just one motivational word for 2023. Keep this One Word in one place or several places that you will see every day. One Word is a powerful way to simplify your life and your business. Focusing on one word for the entire year causes life change. Clutter and noise lead to procrastination. Simplicity and focus lead motivation, clarity, and success. Here are just a few of the words that agents chose for their 2023 word… Abundance, Adapt, Pause, Hustle, Intentional, Growth, Inspired and Joy. Of course, all these words have a special meaning to these agents, but they are words that they will focus on to motivate them on a daily basis. Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, months turn into a year!

My 2023 word is HONOR. I want to show appreciation and respect for every personal and professional opportunity and relationship that is presented to me in 2023. I will achieve this goal and my other goals by staying focused on just on word, HONOR.
