There's no need to calendar anything. I mean, you'll just do things as you remember! You know what you're doing. You're managing just fine. Ish. What if you schedule your week and then don't feel like doing any of the things? It's true that your business is down – fewer listings – fewer buyers – but hey – that's the fault of the market. It's a smidge slower and those interest rates! Ridiculous! No wonder your business isn't exactly in a meteoric rise right now . . .
 
UNLESS . . . there actually ARE things you could be doing differently.
 
PERHAPS . . . instead of despairing, you could try a different course of action.
 
Where to start? Start with your calendar! Jot a few things down and try some of the things top producers are already doing. Are you interested in knowing the secrets to their success?

Here you go:
 
1 – THEY KNOW WORDS MATTER.  This is the easiest success habit to master. Try this, "I love processes!" or this, "I do everything that's on my calendar", my personal favorite, "I have so much energy for my life!" or be very specific and quote to yourself often, "I live by my calendar." Most people need to hear themselves say things in order to process, internalize and remember well. Borrow one of mine or write your own. Practice saying them out loud. You'll quickly begin to find that they are true of you. FRAME YOUR LIFE by what you say. It's not magic; it's biology and the way our minds work. Try it. What do you have to lose?
 
2 - TOP PRODUCERS LIVE ON A SCHEDULE SO FALL IN LOVE WITH ROUTINES. They are in the office about the same time every day and that's true whether it's in their Bellator office or home office. Occasionally when they need to shake things up, they might be office-ing at their favorite café or coffee shop but the dailies rarely change.
 
3 - THEY TIMEBLOCK. Monday through Friday, their morning calendar and afternoon calendar have spaces that are blocked out for things like reading, reviewing loops & updating documents, working in their CRM, calling clients (FORD calls), even having coffee with favorite REALTOR® colleagues, talking business while they take a breather. Build a life worth having – start with your calendar.
 
4 – WASH, RINSE, REPEAT. There's really not a lot of mystery here. There's choosing routines and your calendar. Talk to any of our brokers and they'll tell you the same. Read the books. Make the calls. Continually build your database. Work in your CRM. Consistently post on your social media platforms. Prioritize great paperwork. Connect to your office staff and your colleagues. There is a WEALTH of knowledge and encouragement at your fingertips – so lay hold of it!
