Interested in an extra $5K, $10K or $50K for NOT working on a deal? Read on...

My good friend and esteemed ESHO broker, David Horn, visited our weekly meeting this past Tuesday. Did he bring food, donuts, snacks or even shower beforehand? He did not. But, he did bring a great reminder and good information about our Referral and Relocation Program that he heads up thorough our affiliation with Leading Real Estate Companies of the World® (LRE). Seriously - if you've never sent an outgoing referral to relocation@gobellator.com, then you are really foregoing a free European vacation, a boat, or college tuition every year. Let's fix that.

In real estate, even when you're doing everything right, you will encounter slow weeks, or months, throughout the year. These slumps are greatly reduced by staying in FLOW with your sphere of influence (SOI) and being social. Whether you experience these occasional slumps like me, or if you're always closing (I fully acknowledge that many of you are killing it!), why not have other agents throughout the world working to make you money while you're working, playing or sleeping for that matter. It's a no brainer and with Bellator and it's super simple.

All you have to do is send the contact's info to the email address above (relocation@gobellator.com), and Adriane Farnell, or David, will take it from there. I, personally, like to interview the agent selected before they contact my client or referral (even with taking that extra step, your work for this income will amount to maybe 10 minutes). The beauty is that you are honestly doing the client a huge favor that could possibly save them hundreds of thousands of dollars and could be the difference between them getting THE best home for their families or not getting it.

I'm positive we're all on the same page here: We would all take another $5k-$50K each year if it were deposited into our accounts. Am I right? As with everything, the key to unlocking this "Easy Money" is establishing a new habit. If you're having any success in this business, it's because you've taught yourself to listen for, and to recognize, your SOI's pain and pleasure points that may indicate that they're going to need your help buying or selling a property. Now, you need to also listen for any indication from anyone that they know taking a job across the county, graduating for college, or anything related to moving from or to anywhere. These folks desperately need your help -- they're stressed out with a new job, new schools, and finding a new home. You can remove the stress of them having to guess at who might be a good agent in that market. In return, you take a 30% referral fee.

Below is some collateral that David left with us to market this service on Social media and to your CRM (just write click and save to your computer or save to your phone). Mention it occasionally in making your FORD calls based on Ninja Selling principles (if you don't know what these are, ask your broker!). Periodically, mention it in your LoLo gift message to your sphere. Schedule reminders throughout the year and always include it in your Listing or Marketing presentations. If your seller is moving to another area, go ahead and start this process when you list their home.  

As if this extra income and helping folks wasn't enough of a reason to regularly send referrals, in addition, if you send outgoing referrals then you will start receiving incoming buyer referrals as well.  I've personally brought in an extra $33K this year and I've not really been pushing it. I got a check yesterday and it has renewed my excitement about making this and I'm committing to make it a part of my marketing. 

I have challenged each of the agents in my office to make at least $3K from this by the end of the year and a minimum of $10K in 2024. Those numbers will be very easy to obtain and you could easily do five times that much. I extend the same challenge to each of you! Put David and Adriane to work on referrals, help your peeps and rake in some easy money.
