Wow! What an exciting time to be a Bellator Real Estate agent. Thank you all who attended this week's Summer Celebration event at Baldwin Realtors and got a first look at the rollout of our new messaging campaigns. I love how this really captures who we are and I personally want to thank you all for your input on this messaging. This came from you - from us. 

Expert Real Estate Advisors

We ARE NOT mere salespeople. We work daily at learning and becoming more knowledgeable and experienced in our field. It's our job, NOT a hobby. We're grateful to own businesses based on helping people with the largest investments of their lives and using our expertise to get them to their next chapter. Not unlike their financial advisor, we maintain lifelong relationships (often through multiple generations) being our client's trusted real estate advisor and advocate. 
We all have the game plan to make this happen. It's called Ninja Selling. I think we all realize our obligations to our clients when they call on us to help them buy or sell. They know they can count on us to get them the best deal possible, to control the process, and to make it as easy and painless as possible for them. Sometimes, we may not be so clear about our obligations to our clients in between transactions.  
We have items of value that we are obligated to share with our clients several times a month: statistics, community info, city plans, etc. These are items that all homeowners need to know. You have access to this information as a Bellator Realtor and if you don't provide it to your people, they'll go looking for it somewhere else, which could lead to a relationship with another agent. We owe them a call once a month to once a quarter. We need to know what's going on in their lives so that we can best serve them. We owe them one in-person sit down annually to go over the performance of their real estate portfolio. When we deliver on our obligations to our clients, day after day, year after year, we are rewarded by them calling on us when transaction time comes.
If you're not there yet in your business, this is the blueprint for a long and successful career in real estate. If most of your business is still from strangers or the luck of business falling into your lap, make sure that you transition those transactions into life-long relationships. YOU be the one to fulfill these obligations that your client doesn't even know that they are owed. Keep working to become the very best that you can be at this business and go above and beyond each and every time you're called upon and within a few years of doing this, your job becomes much easier and far more lucrative.  
Dealing with clients who know and trust you has an exponentially better return on time than with total strangers. You'll list more which leads to less burnout and more money per hour for you.
This stuff really does work, guys. But it is YOUR job to do what's right for YOUR business. Bellator has all of the tools, coaching and mentoring you need to optimize the potential of YOUR business. I can't wait to see what we can all accomplish with the best mindsets and tools in the business!
