Feeling a fresh breeze blowing through your life and your business these days? You're not alone! Lots of us are anticipating an amazing spring selling season peopled by more skilled agents. We're looking forward to building relationships with real estate related professionals we haven't known well. Until now. I'm flat-out excited for what's in front of us! Let's think it through…

We talk about the fact that the best REALTORS are relationship-based instead of transactional. Guess what? That extends to the REALTOR community we work with as well! That's right. Your interactions with other agents in your community are GOLD…or not. Do others look forward to working with you when they see your name on a listing or purchase agreement? Or do they collectively groan and sigh? Do they commiserate with their agent-friends over the fact that they are in a transaction with you or are they DELIGHTED? There's rarely anything in between. Let's face it; we are those people. Some of us can be a smidge dramatic. Present company included.  Might as well embrace it! 

If your MO has been, "This is just who I am, take it or leave it.", I encourage you to think deeper. You have the ability to personally grow and, thereby, to prosper. You have the ability to give the grace every one of us needs so desperately. (If you don't think you need grace from those around you, spend a little time with someone who has nothing to lose with you and ask them to give it to you straight.)

If I'm excited about anything right now, I'm excited about the personal growth phase I'm in. I know it'll lead to greater success in my business and beyond that? In my LIFE! The NINJA Installation woke a lot of us in the best ways. I'm excited for the agents I've spoken with in the past 30 -60 days who are making big changes in their personal lives and in their business practices because they're tired of living the same dead, dry challenges year, after year, after year. You can stay on the plateau you're in or you can fix it and move forward. These agents have decided to fix what they can fix and let go of what they can't --- it's a powerful choice! Some have made a decision to be in the office a set number of days and hours every week for 90-120 days to see for themselves what might happen.

They know the truth is that we are POWERFUL spirit-filled beings and we can definitely have what we want if we'll commit to lifegiving processes. They've become aware that the highest producing agents across the board are often those who have solid routines including time at their desks in the office. They've decided to be led by what they've put on their calendar and NOT by their emotions on any given morning. I can't wait to see what happens for them in their businesses and in their lives this year! (I SO need a confetti cannon…lol)

2023 is your year for fresh wind and fresh fire. Go get it!
