During those slower moments, it can be tempting to skip office meetings, especially if you don't currently have active clients. However, those meetings are often the exact place where growth, knowledge, and opportunity happen. For instance, Fairhope Single Tax gave a class at the Fairhope office meeting this week. I've listened to their information countless times, and I even learned something new!! There are so many great reasons why to attend your office meetings, even if you're not working with anyone.

Let me give you a few reasons:

Christmas? Over.

New Year? Over.

Mardi Gras? Definitely over.

Which means it is officially time to start answering the phone like you're a REALTOR® again.

Not:

"Yo yo yo yo yo yooooo!"

Our value as REALTORS® is reducing risk while maximizing opportunity.

There a 6 things we do to reduce risk while maximizing opportunity for our client:

1. Strategic Guidance – Our clients don't do real estate every day. We do!  The biggest value is helping them make decisions they didn't realize they needed to think about yet.

  • Pricing strategy (listing and buying).
  • Knowing when to push, when to pause, and when to walk away.
  • Knowing the market and negotiation.

REALTORS® are not order takers... We are decision coaches!
