There's no need to calendar anything. I mean, you'll just do things as you remember! You know what you're doing. You're managing just fine. Ish. What if you schedule your week and then don't feel like doing any of the things? It's true that your business is down – fewer listings – fewer buyers – but hey – that's the fault of the market. It's a smidge slower and those interest rates! Ridiculous! No wonder your business isn't exactly in a meteoric rise right now . . .
 
UNLESS . . . there actually ARE things you could be doing differently.
 
PERHAPS . . . instead of despairing, you could try a different course of action.
 
Where to start? Start with your calendar! Jot a few things down and try some of the things top producers are already doing. Are you interested in knowing the secrets to their success?

Real estate professionals are some of the funniest people on the planet and THANK GOD, right? It's not that it's hard . . . except when it is. I do think we often make it harder than it has to be. What we do can be done well by those with integrity and intentionality. It can be done EXCELLENTLY by those who learn and grow and serve. It's an industry where you need both your head *and your heart. Some days, you probably consider quitting. I used to feel that way, too, then I discovered some of the easiest ways to grow personally and in my business.

Week 2 - FORD call all clients from 2022
Week 3 - FORD call all clients from 2021 . . .

. . . and so on.

Do you hate it? Or, like me, do you LOVE it?!

I know. It's kind of "hip" these days to mean-mug it when you hear someone talking about social media, but I've gotta be honest . . . I love you guys and I enjoy almost all of it! I love seeing your life unfold and it makes my day to cheer you on! I actually do enjoy seeing your kids doing all the things at every stage of life. I like seeing what you're cooking or where you're eating out. Sometimes your spouse or significant other may post a photo of you, or say something, that makes me think in ways I never did! You inspire me with the things you say, the people you quote and the way you live. Often you make me laugh! Sometimes I cry. I pray whenever you post that you need it. THRIVE. That word has been echoing in my spirit for at least a month. For most people, this market isn't exactly conjuring images of thriving, but I feel constantly hopeful. Optimistic. Really delighted about the whole thing.

I am not afraid, though I hear various fear-based words & predictions from average agents  --- "suddenly" we're back to business as usual; "this market isn't for the average agent" --- but it IS for people who know who they are, have systems they can and will deploy, and for those whose identity is firmly in place. 

Merriam-Webster has defined "thrive" as:

• To grow vigorously 
• To flourish
• To gain in wealth or possession
• To progress toward or realize a goal DESPITE OR BECAUSE...
