
Most people would say Tiger Woods, right? Well, it's very unlikely he is the most talented to live.
117,000,000,000 (billion) people have lived on this planet. 13,000,000,000 (billion) since 1900. Studies show the person with the most natural talent and physical gifts to succeed at golf likely died without ever even picking up a club. Now, Tiger Woods is definitely the hardest working golfer to ever live, but it's just not his talent alone that made him successful.
Throughout human history there is NO evidence of high-level performance without high levels of hard work and practice! None. If a great performance was easy, it would not be rare! But it is very rare. You can make an unbelievable amount of money in Real Estate, even in 2023, but you must put in the time and effort. If you think about it, time might be the only thing Realtors have control over.

Coach Holtz did not just come up with this quote. This was derived from years of experience with life and coaching. We are all "capable". "Motivation" always drives us. "Mindset" always determines how well we stay focused.

What a week! I was fortunate enough to spend the past four days at my 2nd full Ninja Installation with about 60 of you guys. I'd like to express my gratitude to Troy and Bellator for hosting and encouraging its agents to participate in the life-altering and career-building event. I appreciated seeing you all and getting to know many of you better.
I know that those of us who attended will be excited to hit the ground running with this information and program ASAP. There are far too many "take-aways" from the installation to go over here. There is no doubt that 2023 could be a new world for buyers and sellers. We all know the main reason for our new reality is the effect of interest rate increases on the housing market. Fortunately, we have a lot of cushion to work with thanks to the rapid appreciation and transaction frenzy that 2020 – 2022 brought. We realize that the market we had recently was temporary, and not sustainable, but look below what it has done to help our sellers.

Christmas 2022 – it's the culmination of a year of glories and graces, of wins and losses. It's LIFE! The Bible says rain falls on the righteous and the unrighteous, the just and the unjust. There's no way around it. It may not be "fair" (don't get me started) but LIFE is happening all around us. I have never looked forward to all that is before us more than I do right now. The question of this year is not, "What happened to me?", the question is, "What did I do with what happened to me?" It's really even deeper than that: it boils down to, "What was my part in the good, the bad and the unfortunate? Did I help me WIN? Or was I in my own way?" It is a worthy effort to jot down a few things.
