Wow! What an exciting time to be a Bellator Real Estate agent. Thank you all who attended this week's Summer Celebration event at Baldwin Realtors and got a first look at the rollout of our new messaging campaigns. I love how this really captures who we are and I personally want to thank you all for your input on this messaging. This came from you - from us.

Expert Real Estate Advisors

We ARE NOT mere salespeople. We work daily at learning and becoming more knowledgeable and experienced in our field. It's our job, NOT a hobby. We're grateful to own businesses based on helping people with the largest investments of their lives and using our expertise to get them...

I work with agents on a daily basis and my goal is to help them achieve or exceed their goals with their Real Estate careers. I'm not big on "Get Rich Quick" schemes. My focus is on helping agents build long-term careers in the business. To that end, I focus on Ninja Selling principals: Mindset, Skillset, and Daily Actions.

Fortunately, we all have our licenses with Bellator, a company that also focuses on fostering long-term careers by providing all of the tools and training needed to build these careers. Among these tools is a great CRM: the Bellator CRM powered by Delta. As you know, it's a fairly new CRM for us and we've had to work through some kinks along the way, but trust me, this system is MORE than you need to build an amazing career.

I've had several conversations with agents lately who are waiting for everything to be perf...

Yesterday morning, I was going over my to-do list and, as usual, hadn't even thought of what I'd write for my Broker Bit that's due yesterday. I had a closing, a two-hour meeting at BR with a one hour round-trip ride, FORD calls to make, sellers to update and showings to schedule for today.

I find myself over-booked most days and, unfortunately, I tend to push my FORD calls back when I run out of time. That's a huge problem because I know that these calls are my number one source of business, by far. So, that led me to today's topic in this Broker Bit.

I time block most days, but find myself constantly interrupted (I am after all a qualifying broker in addition to being a salesperson). I kick myself at the end of most days because I didn't get my calls in, again knowing full-well that these calls are THE main...

Hi, guys. I hope everyone is enjoying the Mardi Gras season and off to a great start for 2023. If you've seen any of my past posts, you know I live and preach establishing positive daily habits that will help you toward your goals in real estate (and in life) - basically, the Ninja Nine. But, I do realize that we have agents who are stuck and perhaps frustrated because the precursor to most of these habits is having a database of 50-200 people, who know and like you enough that you can have comfortable live flow with them regularly.

For those of you who do not have this established, you still need positive daily habits, but they may need to be adjusted to address your primary goal of creating a database that will feed you throughout your real estate career. Here's an example of daily tasks that you need to make into habits if you're an agent who doesn't yet have a viable...

What a week!  I was fortunate enough to spend the past four days at my 2nd full Ninja Installation with about 60 of you guys.  I'd like to express my gratitude to Troy and Bellator for hosting and encouraging its agents to participate in the life-altering and career-building event.  I appreciated seeing you all and getting to know many of you better.

I know that those of us who attended will be excited to hit the ground running with this information and program ASAP.  There are far too many "take-aways" from the installation to go over here.  There were lots of great, proven techniques and tools for dealing with buyers and sellers that will optimize your results. But, my favorite part is something that we all already know - but needs to be reinforced almost constantly..  The daily habits of SHOWING UP and FLOW with our spheres!

Day one and two were a...
