Few agents seem to relish the task of writing a business plan for a new year. Even fewer seem satisfied with the results of a year when they didn't plan at all. Is it deeper than numbers on a spreadsheet or answers to questions on a printed page?
I propose perspective is everything.
If I plan my business life, I'm planning my LIFE. I can add in time for long weekends, family events, vacations, or just an extra hour or two here or there to float in my pool with my phone on my desk! I can finally take that baking class I've been dying to take but can't find the extra time for! I can build regular relaxation into my life. I promise you, my husband is excited about that…lol
